Pure tea

Start with 3g matcha to 170ml water. Sift first, add a little water to form a smooth paste, then add the remainder and whisk. Try water at 75–80°C and adjust concentration to taste.

Matcha latte

Suggested starting point: sift 3g matcha, whisk with 40ml water at 75–80°C, then add 150ml milk of your choice. Add ice for an iced latte; adjust sweetness if desired.

Storage

Keep tightly sealed in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light, moisture and strong odours. Follow the storage instructions and best-before date on your pack.
