Order Processing

All orders are roasted and packed in small batches at our Melbourne roastery.
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after roasting. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all Australian orders over $59 AUD.
• For orders under $59, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Regional areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• International shipping: 10-20 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped directly from our Melbourne roastery using trusted courier services. We do not use third-party warehouses to ensure every order is fresh and handled with care.

Freshness Guarantee

We roast weekly to keep your coffee as fresh as possible. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at wuroastery@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Order Tracking

Once your coffee is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. You can check your delivery status at any time through the carrier’s website.

Pickup Option

If you’re in Melbourne, you can choose to pick up your order at Shall We Coffee. Select Pickup at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
Please wait for the confirmation email before collecting your coffee.
