Order Processing

All orders are roasted and packed in small batches at our Melbourne Studio.
Orders are usually shipped within 2 - 3 business days after roasting. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all Australian orders over $59 AUD.

  • For orders under $59, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • International shipping: 10-20 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your coffee is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. You can check your delivery status at any time through the carrier’s website.
