Brewing guide
Pour-over starting recipe: 15g coffee · 240g water · 92–94°C · medium-fine grind. Bloom with 45g water for 30 seconds, then pour gently in stages. Aim for 2:30–3:00 total; adjust the grind to taste.

Our coffee is supplied as whole beans only; grinding is not offered. We roast every Friday. Keep coffee sealed, dry and away from heat and light.
