15 g coffee, 250 g water, 94°C. 2:30–3:00 total time. Medium-fine grind.

French Press
20 g coffee, 300 g water, 96°C. 4 minutes steep, gentle plunge.

Espresso
18 g in, 36 g out, 25–30 seconds. Medium grind.

Roasted fresh every Thursday in small batches and packed immediately to preserve aroma.
